Here are the details.

About "SAKANA&JAPAN FESTIVAL 2023 in Odaiba"

"SAKANA&JAPAN FESTIVAL 2023 in Odaiba" is an event organized by the SAKANA&JAPAN FESTIVAL Executive Committee.

Aiming to support reconstruction following the Great East Japan Earthquake, the event will concurrently host "Hakken! Fukushima Osakana Matsuri," where visitors can savor dishes made with Fukushima seafood known as "Joban-mono."

In addition, the "Eat and Support! Japan's Bounty" area will be set up, bringing together carefully selected seafood dishes from Hokkaido and the Sanriku region.

The event is packed with notable events and booths, such as tuna cutting shows, a giant paella cooked to serve 200 portions, the perennially popular overflowing salmon roe bowl ("Ikura Kobore-don"), fresh scallops, flounder, and more.

Japanese wine will also make an appearance!

Here are the 3 key highlights of "SAKANA&JAPAN FESTIVAL 2023 in Odaiba":

◎ A grand gathering of seasonal and fresh seafood from all over Japan
◎ Support Fukushima by eating "Joban-mono"
◎ Carefully selected seafood cuisine from the Hokkaido and Sanriku regions

Among the diverse lineup of booths, the Merlot 2021 from <Azumasanroku Brewery>, a perfect match for seafood, will also be featured.

A full-bodied red wine featuring concentrated flavors of fruits like prunes, cassis, and orange peel, along with licorice, sun-dried tomatoes, and vanilla.

Beer, sake, and other beverages can also be enjoyed, of course, so please come and relish Japanese seafood alongside Japanese alcoholic beverages.
