Here are the details.

About "SAIKO HARVEST FESTA ~Lake Saiko Harvest Festival~"

"SAIKO HARVEST FESTA ~Lake Saiko Harvest Festival~" is an event offering a market, workshops, and lake activities during the day, followed by a dinner course at night created in collaboration between two top chefs featured in "Gault & Millau," available by reservation only.

Carefully selected wineries from within Yamanashi Prefecture will gather at the open square inside Saiko Amuse Village, offering seasonal flavors in a market style during the day, including wine, fruits such as Shine Muscat grapes, gibier, sweet potatoes, and olive oil.

In addition, for dinner, supreme wines will be selected from five wineries in Yamanashi Prefecture.

You can enjoy a premium, reservation-only dinner course created through a collaboration between top chefs Masaya Toyoshima and Taku Suzuki, both featured in the world-renowned gastronomic guide "Gault & Millau," serving the best dish paired with each type of wine.

About the "PREMIUM DINNER"

This harvest festival allows you to enjoy various experiences.

Of particular note is the "PREMIUM DINNER."

Supreme wines are selected from five wineries in Yamanashi Prefecture, and "Gault & Millau"-featured chefs Masaya Toyoshima and Taku Suzuki will create the best dish paired with each variety.

While wine selection is usually centered around the dishes, in this event, the wines take center stage, forming a course of specialties created to complement each type of wine.

You can savor premium autumn delicacies such as "Novello," the first-pressed olive oil of the year from "Fuefuki Olive Oil Maedaya" made from olives carefully cultivated in Yamanashi, as well as exquisite gibier dishes that Yamanashi is proud of, which will change your perception of wild game.

Furthermore, winery representatives will also join the dinner tables.

Guests will be able to hear valuable stories about the wines.

It is a special dinner limited to two days that can only be experienced here, enjoying wine and food together with wine producers.

Why not take part in this premium experience?
