Sales are scheduled to begin exclusively on e-commerce platforms from early November.

Kewpie Joso is a specialized vinegar manufacturer within the Kewpie Group that primarily serves commercial clients.
Supervised by French cuisine chef Kazunori Otowa, "Hojun Riche Fermenter Wine Vinegar 2024," available in limited quantities, is an elegant wine vinegar made with domestic wine.
This year, two varieties—red wine vinegar and white wine vinegar—will be released.
Using Lumiere Wine!
The domestic wine used in "Hojun Riche Fermenter Wine Vinegar 2024" was brewed by Lumiere Co., Ltd., located in Fuefuki City, Yamanashi Prefecture.
This time, a red wine vinegar made using Muscat Bailey A and a white wine vinegar made using Koshu will be released.
Using water from Nikko, the vinegar was carefully fermented at Kewpie Joso's Goka Plant.
It was then aged in oak barrels at Kewpie Joso's Nikko Plant, resulting in a vinegar with a subtle hint of oak aroma.
The red wine vinegar uses 100% Muscat Bailey A, a grape variety unique to Japan, and is characterized by a sweet, fruity aroma.
The white wine vinegar is characterized by a crisp yet gentle acidity.
Simply mixing olive oil with "Hojun Riche Fermenter Wine Vinegar" at a 2:1 ratio and adding salt creates a delicious dressing.
