Crafted as a special dinner course, it can also be savored alongside NAGANO WINE pairings that highlight winter aromas.

About the Dinner Course
Being offered this time at Karuizawa Marriott Hotel's restaurant "Grill & Dining G", "Prime Shinshu Winter" is a dinner course that warms both body and soul, showcasing winter ingredients from Shinshu.
This winter, a total of 7 dishes will be served, allowing guests to fully experience the appeal of Shinshu ingredients whose flavors peak in winter.
Starting with an amuse-bouche lavishly featuring three types of foie gras, the appetizers include "Western-style Shabu-shabu of Shinano Yukimasu" finished by the chef right in front of the guests, and "Confit of Shinshu French Duck Leg with Nagano White Bean Cassoulet".
Furthermore, the main course presents Shinshu Premium Beef enjoyed in two ways.
It features grilled fillet accented with the aroma of wasabi, alongside piping-hot beef stew made from thigh meat baked in pie crust, perfect for a special winter dinner.
Enjoy the Pairing with NAGANO WINE!
Concurrently with the launch of the dinner course, the restaurant will also introduce "NAGANO WINE Discovery ~Winter~", a glass wine set that allows guests to casually enjoy Nagano wines.
From the Kikigahara Wine Valley, guests can also enjoy the differences brought by aging through a vertical tasting of two vintages of Iwadarehara Merlot, characterized by winter-like aromas such as vanilla and leaf mold.
