About "BLANC DE NOIR"
"BLANC DE NOIR" is a white wine made from Pinot Noir, a high-end black grape variety typically used for red wine.
It is a luxurious bottle made by carefully selecting only harvested New Zealand Pinot Noir grapes and gently pressing them to avoid contact with the skins.
By quickly preparing the crystal-clear, freshly pressed juice, the wine achieves a crisp acidity characteristic of white wine, combined with the rich, elegant, and profound depth unique to black grapes.
Due to the delicate nature of the brewing process, it can only be produced in very small quantities, making it an extremely rare wine.
Flavor Profile of "BLANC DE NOIR"
"BLANC DE NOIR" is crafted from "Organic Pinot Noir" grown in the blessed soil of Gladstone, New Zealand.
It features a pale gold hue with subtle hints of pink nuances.
It is characterized by charming and sweet aromas, including strawberry, raspberry, fresh Fuji apple, peach, and linden blossom scents.
Although it is dry, the freshness of the fruit and acidity leads into a pleasant finish, reportedly resulting in a wonderful creation.
