Starting February 10, "Pink Wine," planned and commercialized in collaboration with Kobe Chinatown / Nankin-machi, will go on sale at the "Café & Bar" inside Felissimo's "f winery."

About "Pink Wine"
"Pink Wine" is the first product of an initiative that aims to enliven the Nankin-machi Spring Festival—a seasonal tradition of Kobe and a Designated Regional Intangible Folk Cultural Property of Kobe City—as well as to develop its culture, pass it down to the next generation, and foster an ongoing circle of people who want to support the festival through purchasing products and businesses that commercialize goods to support it.
It is brewed by "f winery," a small urban winery operated by Felissimo that explores creative winemaking and wine culture, and carries a wish to ward off bad luck for 2024 and bring good fortune and happiness to people and society.
About the Contents
"Pink Wine" is brewed from a blend of Kobe-grown grapes: Riesling and Merlot.
The gentle acidity and refreshing flavor of Riesling blend with the red fruit character and smooth tannins of Merlot to create a complex flavor profile, allowing you to enjoy a long finish.
Possessing elements of both red wine and white wine, it has the advantage of pairing easily with a wide variety of dishes, making it a bottle that is easy to pair with Chinese cuisine in general, which varies in character by region.
It is also a wine that pairs nicely with spiced dishes such as Thai and Indian cuisine.
A portion of the proceeds will be used as operating funds aimed at preserving and further developing the "Nankin-machi Spring Festival," which is designated as a Regional Intangible Folk Cultural Property of Kobe City, allowing you to support the "Nankin-machi Spring Festival" through your purchase.
