Guests visit normally off-limits aging cellars and archive rooms while learning about wine history and the philosophy of the people who make it. The program also includes a limited pairing lunch box from local bistro Mille Printemps and seasonal wine.
The second, “The Finest Glass in a Quiet Private Room,” offers a more luxurious experience. Guests taste top wines in the special Ortus Room and then enjoy a Mille Printemps course lunch paired with wines selected by Takemi Gomi, former chef sommelier of Ginza L'Ecrin.
