On November 5, 2022, INCLUSIVE Inc. and Orange and Partners Co., Ltd. will host “Open Winery 2022,” an exquisite pairing dining experience that unites terroir and culture.

What is “Open Winery 2022”?
Selected as part of the Agency for Cultural Affairs' “Project to Enhance Cultural Tourism Content for the Resumption and Expansion of Tourism,” “Open Winery 2022” is an initiative designed to further revitalize tourism in Yamanashi Prefecture by utilizing Japanese wine as a cultural resource.
It is an experimental, premium event where unique wineries scattered across Yamanashi Prefecture open their doors wide for a special moment, allowing guests to enjoy the pairing of wine with wineries, as well as terroir and culture.
About “Open Winery 2022”
Held as the first installment of “Open Winery 2022,” this event is a bus tour starting from Katsunuma.
After visiting Daizen-ji Temple—known as the grape temple—and touring Miyakouen to learn about the roots of Japanese wine, an exquisite pairing dinner will be served at Mars Hosaka Winery in Nirasaki City, the main venue overlooking Mt. Fuji.
For this occasion, up-and-coming chefs living in or hailing from Yamanashi Prefecture will present a special collaboration.
Guests will be treated to a pairing experience connecting scenery, terroir, and culture with dishes featuring Yamanashi ingredients and a variety of Yamanashi wines, including the newly released Yamanashi Nouveau.

The price is 20,000 yen per person (tax included), and reservations are required.
