Currently, the company continues to propose technology to its partner breweries in Hokkaido that applies musical vibrations during food aging to mature their flavor and aroma.
Released this time at the "3rd 47 Prefectures Nippon Gourmet Show" is "Music Vibration Aged Sake & Wine," brewed using technology backed by the technical foundation of Onkyo's accumulated audio technology expertise and academic evidence through industry-academia collaboration.
This is said to be the first event that brings together in one place the "Music Vibration Aged Sake & Wine" developed in collaboration with partner breweries across Japan.
