Here are the details.
What Is "Sauce Wine BAR"?
"Sauce Wine BAR" is an event where you can enjoy comparing sauces from the Kansai area alongside pairings with wine.
Pintxos made with five distinct types of local sauces that have long been loved in Osaka will be offered.
Each dish highlights the unique profile of these local sauces, each differing slightly in acidity and sweetness, allowing guests to appreciate the depth of the sauces.
In addition, five wines crafted by Osaka wineries have been selected to further enhance the cuisine.
You can luxuriously savor the novel combination of local sauces and wine.
Highlights of "Sauce Wine BAR"
Highlight 1: Pintxos made with 5 types of local sauces are served
Highlight 2: A "Sauce Cellar" showcasing 50 kinds of Kansai sauces
Highlight 3: Enjoying a bonfire in the open garden area "Miyagurin"
This project brings together sauces representative of the Kansai region.
The following pintxos using the five local sauces are scheduled to be offered:
■ Pan-seared Foie Gras with Fig Compote (Tsuzumi Fig Sauce / Tsuzumi Foods)
A dish with a fine balance between the sweetness of the compote, simmered down sweet and tangy with Tsuzumi Fig Sauce, and the savoriness of foie gras.
■ Marinated Tuna (Hermes Worcestershire Sauce / Ishimi Shokuhin Kogyosho)
The umami of the tuna marinated in Hermes Worcestershire Sauce is the highlight.
■ Crab Cream Croquette (Hishiume Tamari Sauce / Ikeshita Shoten)
The pairing of Hishiume Tamari Sauce with the croquette packed with generous crab meat is outstanding.
■ Beef Stew (Kinmon Kushikatsu Sauce / Kinmon Sauce Honpo)
The richness of Kinmon Kushikatsu Sauce and the sweetness of potatoes come together to complete a comforting beef stew.
■ Chocolate Tart (Daikoku Fruit Sauce / Daikokuya)
