About Sasaichi Sake Brewery
Sasaichi Sake Brewery Co., Ltd., which produces "OLIFANT," is a brewery located in Otsuki City, Yamanashi Prefecture.
Founded in 1661 (the first year of the Kanbun era) under the name Hanadaya, it is a company with a history of over 300 years that was renamed and consolidated into the current Sasaichi Sake Brewery in 1919 by its first head, Hisashi Amano.
In addition to sake brands such as "Dan" and "Sasaichi," the brewery also produces a wine brand called "OLIFANT."
A special Japanese wine is created by fusing the brewing techniques honed in sake making with Yamanashi's historic wine-making traditions.

"OLIFANT Koshu Traditional Method Sparkling Wine"
Born as a new challenge for the sake brewery: "OLIFANT Koshu Traditional Method Sparkling Wine."
It is a Koshu secondary bottle fermentation sparkling wine made with 100% Koshu grapes grown in Sasaichi Sake Brewery's own vineyard in Koshu City, Yamanashi Prefecture.
It features the refreshing aroma of Japanese citrus, lively acidity, and a clean, pure taste.
It is crafted into a dry sparkling wine with silky effervescence.
With an alcohol content of 11%, it is easy to drink and pairs wonderfully with food.
