About the "numero" Series
The newly released "numero tre 2021" and "numero uno 2021" are wines from the "numero" series.
The "numero" series is a special line vinified using only organically grown grapes from Grape Republic's estate vineyards and made using amphorae—giant, unglazed earthenware vessels buried underground that are one of GRAPE REPUBLIC's defining features.
About the New Products
"numero tre 2021" is a red wine produced by co-fermentation, blending red and white wine grapes across six international and table grape varieties harvested from their estate vineyard.
It is characterized by subdued tannins and a white-wine-like mouthfeel, combined with a core of elegant flavor.
On the other hand, the orange wine "numero uno 2021", which was 100% Delaware in its first vintage, has achieved an even more elegant flavor this year by blending in a small amount of co-fermented Delaware and Shine Muscat.
Both bottles are natural wines proudly released by Grape Republic, said to express the terroir (land, climate, and soil) of the Okitama region in Yamagata Prefecture.
