Three Farm LLC has launched a crowdfunding campaign to finance the development and promotion of a non-alcoholic beverage that can be enjoyed for its aromas, much like wine.
The project is a new challenge by a winemaker to create a “non-alcoholic drink for enjoying aroma.”
About the Development Project
As health consciousness and lifestyles become more diverse, more people are choosing not to drink alcohol.
At the same time, there are still relatively few serious non-alcoholic beverages designed to be enjoyed with food.
Three Farm LLC grows grapes and makes wine in Hirosaki, Aomori Prefecture. The company says it launched this project out of a desire to offer “a glass that lets people who do not drink share the same moment.”
Using estate-grown and carefully selected grapes, the project will apply winemaking expertise to develop a non-alcoholic beverage whose aromas can be enjoyed in a way similar to wine.
Project Overview

① 100% fruit juice crafted by a winemaker with a focus on aroma
② A new challenge: developing non-alcoholic wine
Funds raised are planned to be used for:
・Development and production of non-alcoholic red and white wines
・Development of juice made from white-wine grapes
・Purchase of wine-grape seedlings to be planted this year
