"andaru COLLECTION NISEKO" is a hotel where guests can experience an extraordinary private luxury villa stay within a one-of-a-kind hotel space of six villas nestled in an approximately 9,200 m2 forest embraced by the grand nature of Niseko, Hokkaido.
For the 1st Anniversary Dinner, Yuta Sato, Executive Chef of andaru's Italian restaurant ULTIMO, will prepare a hospitable locally produced and consumed course meal using an abundance of Hokkaido ingredients harvested right at that time.
It is said to be a specially crafted, one-of-a-kind dinner paired with carefully selected wines, including Hokkaido wines from areas such as Niseko and Yoichi.
About the Wine Pairing
What deserves special attention this time is the wine pairing.
Carefully selected wines, including Hokkaido wines from Niseko Winery, Camel Farm Winery in Yoichi, and NIKI Hills Winery in Niki Town, will be presented in five glasses paired with a six-dish course meal.
Starting with an elegant, refreshing sparkling wine from Niseko with delicate green apple aromas and clean acidity, the lineup will also feature a sophisticated white wine from Niki Town and a world-class, one-of-a-kind wine from Yoichi Town.
It is a special pairing that any Japanese wine fan would certainly want to experience.
