A new product from NIKI Hills Winery, the orange wine "Orange 2023," has gone on sale.
In addition, new vintages of their flagship wines, "HATSUYUKI 2023" and "HATSUYUKI Sparkling NV," were newly released on December 12, 2024.

About Orange 2023
"Orange 2023" is a wine crafted to explore the potential of the Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc varieties from NIKI Hills Winery's estate vineyards.
Although 2023 was a year where sugar levels struggled to rise and acidity was prone to dropping, the grapes were harvested while acidity was still high, destemmed and crushed, macerated using only the berries for about one month, and then pressed.
It is an unfiltered orange wine aged separately in two types: used barrels and stainless steel tanks.
Limited to 800 bottles, it is available for a limited time until December 25 on their online shop, where it is not usually sold.
About HATSUYUKI 2023 and HATSUYUKI Sparkling NV
On December 12, sales of "HATSUYUKI 2023" and "HATSUYUKI Sparkling NV" also kicked off.
"HATSUYUKI 2023" offers a refreshing impression with sweet aromas of Prince melon and acacia alongside flint and a hint of mint. Its flavor profile features a rustic fruitiness that imparts sweetness.
"HATSUYUKI Sparkling NV" is said to feature a silky texture with abundant, rising bubbles. It presents gentle, alluring aromas of fresh green apple, honeysuckle, and elderflower, accented with nuanced touches of bittersweet lemon peel and chalk. It is a wine that quenches the throat with a juicy freshness reminiscent of a lush, water-laden pear.
