NIKI Hills Winery will hold Premium Dinner Events over two days, Friday and Saturday, June 26–27, 2026.
The program features a special dinner with internationally acclaimed chef Masayuki Okuda and a pairing night exploring the essence of Napa wine.

Event Overview
Rather than simply a dinner, the event is a six-hour premium program designed to engage the senses, including a vineyard walk, barrel tasting in the winery, and pre-dinner lectures on food and wine.
Program Details
On the first day, five rare wines selected by Napa and Sonoma wine specialist Kazuyuki Okamoto will be paired with the “innovative fusion” cuisine of NIKI Hills Winery Chef Naoki Nagai.
Through a pre-dinner lecture titled “Pairing Lab,” guests will first learn scientifically about the components of taste before beginning dinner, creating an intellectually immersive gastronomic experience.
On the second day, Chef Masayuki Okuda, recipient of the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards’ top honor covering the past 30 years, will appear as guest chef.
Okuda’s “magic of subtraction” and Chef Nagai’s “sharp sensibility” will come together in a special nine-course menu reinterpreting seasonal ingredients from Hokkaido and Shonai, Yamagata.
Guests can also experience the cooking theory that surprised the world through a live kitchen broadcast and a tasting of “golden cooking water.”
