The attractive lineup includes 'Orange Chardonnay 2024', 'Chardonnay 2024', and 'Orange PG SB 2025'.
About the wines
Here are the details of the three wines.
Orange Chardonnay 2024
An orange wine made using 100% estate-grown Chardonnay, finished with skin fermentation to explore new possibilities for Chardonnay.
Juicy aromas of honeysuckle and Japanese pear are refreshingly layered with the cool sensations of sage and cedar. It also brings a somewhat nostalgic feeling reminiscent of ramune candy. The sweetness of sun-drenched mikan citrus and the acidity of lime are enhanced by a gentle hint of saltiness.
Chardonnay 2024
An estate wine made using 100% estate-grown Chardonnay, carefully aged primarily in oak barrels.
Featuring a pale pink-tinged yellow color, aromas of ripe melon, elderflower, and wet stone are accented by the scent of orangette, with a lingering finish reminiscent of fragrant honey toast. On the palate, a juicy mikan-like sweet-and-sour flavor spreads along with a pleasantly gentle bitterness.
Orange PG SB 2025
An orange wine made using estate-grown Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc.
Aromas of freshly picked kumquat and ripe peach and apricot are layered with gorgeous scents woven by Earl Grey, lemongrass, and osmanthus. An elegant sweetness reminiscent of wasambon sugar gently spreads, leaving a lasting impression with its supple, pleasant mouthfeel and a faint lingering bitterness.
