On Friday, January 24, 2025, "SPLISAKE NIGHT Vol. 3 ~A Night with the Vigneron~" will be held at "BAR & GRILL Splish" on the 7th floor of SAPPORO STREAM HOTEL.
This is a unique event welcoming Yuichiro Yamada, head of viticulture and winemaking at winery "Yamada-do" in Yoichi Town, Yoichi District, Hokkaido, as a guest.

About "Splisake Night"
"SPLISAKE NIGHT Vol. 3 ~A Night with the Vigneron~" is an event held at "BAR & GRILL Splish" on the 7th floor of SAPPORO STREAM HOTEL.
"Splisake Night" aims to showcase the appeal of Hokkaido, which is drawing attention as an alcoholic beverage haven where wineries and sake breweries are emerging one after another, offering a program to enjoy drinks nurtured by the northern land while experiencing the producers' passion and dedicated craftsmanship.
Yuichiro Yamada as Special Guest!
For the 3rd installment, "SPLISAKE NIGHT Vol. 3 ~A Night with the Vigneron~," a collaboration has been realized with "Yamada-do," a winery crafting natural and high-quality table wine in Yoichi Town, Yoichi District.
On the day of the event, head winemaker Yuichiro Yamada is scheduled to talk about his story of winemaking in Yoichi, as well as his future vision.
In addition, the following wines will be served on the day.
