"Niigata Brewing Summit 2023" is the "ultimate" brewing event where popular producers involved in "brewing and fermentation"—including sake, doburoku, wine, craft beer, miso, and cheese from within Niigata Prefecture—gather in one place, allowing visitors to enjoy the flavors while listening to and learning about their passions.
On the day of the event, carefully selected bottles from almost all breweries and wineries across Niigata Prefecture will be gathered, allowing visitors to taste more than 110 varieties of sake, wine, and beer.
Furthermore, an online broadcast will also be conducted this year so that people from outside the prefecture and overseas will feel inspired, thinking, "I want to visit Niigata someday!"
