About the "International Washoku Industry Expo"
The "International Washoku Industry Expo" is an exhibition held with the aim of bringing together food products, tableware, processing equipment, and cooking utensils related to "Washoku" (traditional Japanese cuisine) all under one roof, pursuing new possibilities for Japanese food together with restaurant industry professionals and food retailers from all over Japan.
This time, Fermentation Valley NAGANO, Nagano Prefecture, Nagano Food Industry Association, and Yawataya Isogoro will jointly prepare a booth where visitors can experience the food of Nagano Prefecture, which supports "Fermentation and Longevity Prefecture NAGANO."
Nagano Wine Will Also Appear!
Among the exhibits planned by Fermentation Valley NAGANO this time is Nagano wine.
- Yatsugatake Haramura winery
- Kamoshika Cidre
In addition, a full lineup of fermented foods representing Nagano will be gathered, including miso, sake, soy sauce, pickles, natto, vinegar, cheese, soba noodles, and chili peppers.
