That product is "Feel Mellow White," a white wine with a refreshing sweetness made using two types of grapes from Yamanashi Prefecture and yuzu juice.

A Bottle Responding to Drinkers' Demands
To craft wines that respond to the desires of drinkers (customers), the winery Monde Shuzo launched "JP," a product development team spearheaded by female employees.
"Feel Mellow White," released this time, is the second installment of the "JP" project, and a unique white wine was developed by combining Koshu and Delaware grapes from Yamanashi Prefecture and blending in yuzu juice also produced in Yamanashi Prefecture.
About "Feel Mellow White"
"Feel Mellow White" is a white wine packed with the blessings of Yamanashi, created by blending a fruit-forward wine that exquisitely balances Yamanashi Prefecture's representative Koshu and Delaware grape varieties with yuzu juice from Fujikawa Town, Yamanashi Prefecture.
"Feel mellow" signifies being pleasantly tipsy, and with the crisp sweetness of Koshu and Delaware grapes, the refreshing citrus aroma, and a fruity, gentle mouthfeel, it has been crafted to live up to its name by bringing a relaxing, soothing time.
The ideal serving temperature is well-chilled between 5°C and 10°C, and it is said to pair nicely with meals such as white fish dishes, peperoncino, and chawanmushi.
It seems to be a uniquely Japanese wine that is easy to incorporate into daily life.

The background behind the launch of "JP" is said to involve feedback from drinkers such as "A 720ml size is too much to finish," "Corks are hard to open," and "We want a sweet, easy-to-drink wine."
The first product developed from that feedback was "Feel Mellow Red," a 500ml red wine characterized by gentle sweetness and a mellow mouthfeel.
