"Momochi" is a wine series made from grapes cultivated in its estate vineyard (Hokuto Akeno Vineyard) located in Akeno-cho, Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture.

About "Momochi"
"Momochi" is wine crafted using grapes harvested at Fujiclair Winery's "Hokuto Akeno Vineyard," which can be described as land cleared specifically for wine grapes.
The innovative "Momochi Series" adopts an advanced winemaking approach, purely expressing the flavor of the grapes and cherishing the character of each harvest year.
Now, the first release of the wine series that the company arrived at after taking three years is finally going on sale.
Contents of the "Momochi" Series
Here is the first release of the Momochi Series being launched this time.
・"Akeno Chardonnay 2022"
・"Akeno Cabernet Sauvignon 2020"
・"Akeno Cabernet Sauvignon 2021"
・"Akeno Syrah 1st 2022"
"Akeno Chardonnay 2022" was finished with 2.5 months of barrel aging, wild yeast fermentation, unfiltered, non-chaptalized, and without acid addition, and "Akeno Cabernet Sauvignon 2020" was also crafted naturally with 27 months of barrel aging and without acid addition.
"Akeno Cabernet Sauvignon 2021" features 18 months of barrel aging, unfiltered, non-chaptalized, and without acid addition, while "Akeno Syrah 1st 2022" is the first vintage harvested from the Syrah vineyard with 5 months of barrel aging and without acid addition.
