From Saturday, February 1 through Monday, March 31, 2025, Haneda Excel Hotel Tokyu will hold the “Delicious Hiroshima Fair” at its café and dining restaurant Flyers Table.
TOMOÉ wines will also be available.
Here are the details.
About the “Delicious Hiroshima Fair”
The “Delicious Hiroshima Fair” is a recurring program in which Chef Takimoto of Flyers Table at Haneda Excel Hotel Tokyu visits the featured region and creates dishes that make generous use of local ingredients.
This edition focuses on Hiroshima Prefecture, serving dishes made with ingredients such as lemons, for which Hiroshima leads Japan in production, and Hiroshima Salmon.
The lunch course offers a choice of three main dishes.
One recommendation is a croustillant made with Hiroshima Salmon raised on feed blended with lemon juice from Hiroshima Prefecture.
The salmon is marinated, combined with butter and finished as a spring roll.
Other offerings include soup made with Setouchi kale from Higashihiroshima, grown with 100% organic fertilizer for rich flavor and restrained bitterness, and tarte citron made with organically grown Hiroshima lemons, known for abundant flesh, thin skin and gentle acidity. The menu lets guests enjoy the flavors of Hiroshima throughout.
Enjoy TOMOÉ Wines, Too
The “Delicious Hiroshima Fair” will also serve TOMOÉ wines from Miyoshi Winery, well known to Japanese-wine fans.
TOMOÉ Chardonnay Reserve
TOMOÉ Syrah
They can be enjoyed alongside the dishes.
The menu also includes dishes using Miyoshi Winery wine, such as grilled Hiroshima-lineage Wagyu Motonari fillet with Higashihiroshima vegetables, Miyoshi Winery red-wine sauce and eggplant caviar.
It is a program Japanese-wine fans can enjoy as well.
Why not head out and experience it?
