Miyako Resort Shima Bayside Terrace will host the 3rd "An Evening of Mie's Blessings and Japanese Wine" on October 26.
It will be a one-night-only tasting dinner presented by Grand Chef Tetsuyuki Kariya in collaboration with producers from Mie Prefecture.

About "An Evening of Mie's Blessings and Japanese Wine"
"An Evening of Mie's Blessings and Japanese Wine" is a gastronomic event where guests can enjoy local vegetables and mushrooms carefully selected by Executive Chef Tetsuyuki Kariya, together with Mie Prefecture's signature Ise lobster and Iga beef.
For this third edition, the pairings will mainly feature wines and sake brewed and produced within Mie Prefecture, selected by Food and Beverage Director Takeo Kaneko, who holds certifications as a Senior Sommelier and Kikisake-shi (sake sommelier).
Enjoy pairings with Japanese wine to the fullest!
"An Evening of Mie's Blessings and Japanese Wine" is scheduled to serve dishes such as Abalone Meunière with Crêpe Parmentier and Sauce Choron, Roasted Iga Beef Fillet with Red Wine Sauce accompanied by Shiitake and Maitake Duxelles, and Matsusaka Beef Chou Farci in Consommé.
Valuable Japanese wines will be served, including Minamiise Koshu 2023 Minamiise Winery no Kai (Minamiise Town), Chardonnay 2022 Ise Umashikuni Winery (Ise City), and Domaine Sogga Merlot 2020 Obuse Winery (Obuse Town, Nagano Prefecture).
