It is a white wine made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes picked in the vineyard in the middle of the night; during the hours when temperatures drop compared to the daytime, the grapes are harvested cold and immediately taken into the winemaking process.
By harvesting at midnight the grapes that have fully basked in the blessings of the sun, the wine is crafted while maintaining rich aromas and pure acidity.

A powerfully rising top note of white flowers and acacia honey, followed by citrus notes such as satsuma mandarin, the white pith of grapefruit, and mandarin orange peel, trailed by a delicate aroma of caramel.
