“Natural Wine Festival 2025 in Metsä,” scheduled for Saturday, March 15 and Sunday, March 16, 2025, has announced its Nordic food-and-wine pairing feature as well as the lineup of talk events, natural food, craft vendors, and artists.
Here are the details.
About “Natural Wine Festival 2025 in Metsä”
“Natural Wine Festival 2025 in Metsä” is an event produced by Musashi Winery and held at Metsä Village, a Nordic lifestyle experience facility.
It promises two indulgent days of enjoying Japanese natural wines alongside natural foods.
One highlight is the “Metsä Pairing Project,” in which Musashi Winery representative Yuzo Fukushima selects wines to match popular dishes at Metsä Village.
• Smoked cod liver in oil × Ogawa Shokoshi 2020 Barrel Aged
• TROLL smoked salmon × Ogawa Delaware Orange 2024 Pétillant
• Marinated herring (dill onion / mustard) × KANPAI 2024, and more
Why not enjoy these special pairings available only here?
Plenty of Other Attractive Programs
The event will also offer natural cuisine that pairs well with wine, along with carefully selected craft goods.
There will also be talk events where owners and winemakers from natural wineries discuss their philosophy in depth. On March 15, Yuzo Fukushima, president of Musashi Winery, will speak with Higuchi-kun of Hige Danshaku. On March 16, Fukushima will moderate a cross-talk session with Masakazu Nakamura, president of Okunota Winery, and Akiko Nakamura, the winery's “madame.”
This is a must-see event for fans of natural wineries.
