About the Event
“Nukadoko MARKET” and “Nukadoko no Utage” are organized by Mitsukabozu, a restaurant focused on fermentation, miso, and noodles. The events bring together connected producers, shops, and people creating culture, mainly from the Hokusetsu area.
A wide range of vendors are scheduled for “Nukadoko MARKET – Hokusetsu Area Craft Market,” including Hokusetsu Winery from Hyogo Prefecture.

About “Nukadoko no Utage”
From 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 29, a gathering will be held at Mitsukabozu following the market.
Participants will toast with items including “Saruyama Shikao,” a Hokusetsu fermentation collaboration beer from Minoh Beer and Akishika Shuzo.
The gathering will serve as an informal after-party bringing vendors and visitors together.
