St.Cousair to Hold “Vignerons’ Table Vol.44 — les pleurs —” on April 11

On Saturday, April 11, 2026, Winery Restaurant St.Cousair in Iizuna, Nagano Prefecture, will hold “Vignerons’ Table Vol.44 — les pleurs.”

The theme is “les pleurs.”

Here are the details.

About “Vignerons’ Table”

“Vignerons’ Table” is St.Cousair’s regular wine-dinner event.

“Vigneron” is French for a producer who both grows grapes and makes wine. Guests listen to the thoughts of St.Cousair’s own vignerons, who are involved in both viticulture and winemaking, while enjoying wine-and-food pairings possible only at a winery restaurant.

About Vol.44

The upcoming event is “Vignerons’ Table Vol.44 — les pleurs.”

Its theme, “les pleurs,” means “the tears of the grapevine.”

The program is said to include a special vineyard tour guided by winery staff.

There will also be a live element in which guests pour the finishing sauce themselves, echoing the drops that fall from vine shoots and signal the arrival of spring in the region.

Naturally, wine pairings will also be part of the experience.
