On Saturday, October 19, the Fairfield by Marriott Michi-no-Eki Project will host a special dinner event in collaboration with Kyotamba winery "Tamba Wine."
This event is exclusive to guests staying at Fairfield by Marriott Kyoto Kyotamba on the day.

About the "Tamba Wine Winery Dinner"
The event to be held this time is the "Tamba Wine Winery Dinner."
The Fairfield by Marriott Michi-no-Eki Project, which advocates a travel style of "journeying across hidden charms of local regions," has been organizing the "Tamba Wine Winery Dinner" since 2022 to let guests experience the appeal of Kyotamba Town, Kyoto Prefecture.
Held in conjunction with Fairfield by Marriott Kyoto Kyotamba, this event has reportedly become a very popular project, receiving great acclaim every time.
Locally Sourced Venison Dinner
This special dinner event is a locally sourced venison dinner welcoming hunter Norimasa Kakiuchi from Kyotamba Town, recipient of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries' very first Japanese Game Meat Certification.
Guests can enjoy a pairing of Tamba Wine with a dinner filled entirely with Kyotamba venison, featuring meat from "Shikaniku no Kakiuchi," a Kyoto-born game meat brand that delivers safe, reliable, and delicious gibier.
The paired wines will include "Kyoto Tamba Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot 2020" and "Kyoto Tamba Pinot Blanc Sur Lie 2021."
In addition, wines carefully selected by Tamba Wine to match the dishes will also be served.
This project is nothing short of luxurious.
