The "Autumn Flavors and Kuju Winery Wine Dinner" will be held at "Ristorante Kubotsu."
This exclusive event offers a feast of fine wine and exquisite cuisine brought together by "Kuju Winery," one of Kyushu's most talked-about wineries today, and "Ristorante Kubotsu," a restaurant where you can encounter the finest ingredients in Kyushu.
"Kuju Winery" is led by Hirotsugu Tsuchimochi, who is drawing attention as an up-and-coming winemaker.
Described as “transparent and elegant,” the winery's wines boast numerous accolades, including gold medals at the Japan Wine Competition (Japanese Wine Competition).
A “Local Production for Local Consumption Wine Gathering”
One of the life's work themes pursued by Tomoo Kubotsu, head chef of "Ristorante Kubotsu," is creating one-of-a-kind dishes using Kyushu ingredients.
Since opening, he has continuously visited producers across Kyushu in search of ingredients, connecting with the land and staying closely engaged with the fields.
Along with Kubotsu, manager Atsushi Chiba and the restaurant's esteemed sommeliers visited "Kuju Winery" to carefully examine its diverse selection of wines.
This event serves as a “local production for local consumption wine dinner” where guests can enjoy carefully selected wines alongside rigorously chosen ingredients.
