Inviting Kuheiji, the 15th-generation head of Banjo Jozo Co., Ltd., which produces both the sake brand “Kuno Kuheiji Honten” and the wine produced in Burgundy “DOMAINE KUHEIJI,” this special event pairs sake and wine selected by Kuheiji with dishes supervised by the one-star French restaurant “Ode.”
