Share Restaurant Co., Ltd., part of the Yoshinoya Holdings Group, has opened "Koryori Meme" in Omotesando using its "Share Restaurant" restaurant-sharing matching platform.
They reportedly also serve Japanese wine among their alcoholic beverages.
Here are the details.
About "Koryori Meme"
At "Koryori Meme," "Omeme-san," who grew up in Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture, creates exquisite dishes that allow guests to savor rice and vegetables sent directly from her family home.
Her cooking is dedicated to local ingredients, and even here in Tokyo's Omotesando, each flavor is said to be filled with warm memories of her childhood home.
Originally working as an office worker, "Omeme-san" returned to the food and beverage industry seeking a job that connects with people.
While operating as a pop-up restaurant, she is also focusing on her own branding, aiming to open her own physical brick-and-mortar restaurant in the future.
Enjoy Niigata Wine as Well!
This small restaurant offers a special plan, "Chef's Choice 7 Dishes," for 2,500 yen (including tax). (*Changes weekly)
Courses that would normally cost 7,000 to 8,000 yen will be provided at pop-up prices.
Sample Menu
・Three Appetizers: Homemade pickles harvested from her family's garden, mizunasu eggplant with Nagaoka Kagura Nanban chili pepper miso, and chame edamame, a staple on every Niigata dining table
・Scallop Carpaccio: Served with arugula, radish sprouts, basil, pink pepper, and wholegrain mustard
・Spiced Chicken Curry: Served with Momotaro sweet tomatoes, the blessed sun-ripened bounty from her family home, among other dishes
They offer a wide selection of alcoholic drinks, and there are reportedly Japanese wines as well, such as "Zweigelt (Tokyo Winery)," a natural wine fermented using the power of wild yeasts.
