Kiraka Wine Releases Its Second-Year “2025 Vintage” Wines

Kobe urban winery Kiraka Wine Brewing Co., Ltd. has released wines from its “2025 Vintage.”

The new releases mark the winery’s second year of production.

Here are the details.

Release Highlights

These are new products from Kiraka Wine Brewing Co., Ltd. in its second year of winemaking.

The key points are as follows.

  1. Further evolution through “AI technology × handcraft × feedback from last year”
  2. The long-awaited “finished form” is released
  3. The first release features three wines for the spring table

The company’s representative spent more than 10 years working on the K computer and Fugaku supercomputers.

The newly released wines combine “AI technology,” the careful handwork possible at a small winery, and knowledge and feedback gained from last year’s first vintage, marking what the winery calls its “second chapter.”

A winter-only unfiltered wine sold in advance was well received for its fresh fruit character.

The winery produced a total of eight wines from four grape varieties, and the first release consists of three wines suited to the spring table.

Product Lineup: First Release

The following three wines are being newly released.

1. White wine: Chardonnay Buono Buona 11 Chardonnay 2025
2. Pale rosé: Cabernet Sauvignon Buono Buona 41 Cabernet Sauvignon Rose Direct 2025
3. Fuller-style rosé: Merlot coucou 22 Merlot Rose Maceration 2025
