A Time to Contemplate Japanese Wine
In recent years, "Japanese wine" and wineries have made great strides at numerous international competitions.
What is the key to this breakthrough?
And what should "Japanese wine" be like moving forward?
This time, journalist Miyuki Katori—who covers themes of wine, food, and agriculture while dedicating herself to supporting Japanese wine producers—and Teppei Nishihata, Head of Viticulture and Winemaking at Manns Wines Komoro Winery, will give a talk.
They will speak passionately about the past and future of Japanese wine.
This seminar is an unmissable opportunity for Japanese wine fans.
Be sure to check it out.
