Original Blended Koshu by the Glass! The Yamanashi Prefectural Museum of Art Restaurant Reopens!

The Yamanashi Prefectural Museum of Art exhibits numerous collections centered around "The Sower," symbolizing "the richness of human daily life in harmony with nature."

On May 1, the museum's restaurant reopened as "Universal Cafe & Restaurant COLERE."

It appears that Yamanashi wine can also be enjoyed there.

Here are the details.

About "Universal Cafe & Restaurant COLERE"

"Universal Cafe & Restaurant COLERE" is a universal cafe and restaurant that anyone can enjoy through "food" and "art."

In harmony with the collection of the Yamanashi Prefectural Museum of Art, it opened with the aim of creating a space where guests can experience the richness of the region through COLERE, while experiencing new food-meets-art values that appeal to all five senses—such as surprise, delight, and discovery.

Enjoy Unique Wines as Well!

It is operated by KEIPE Inc., which runs disability welfare businesses supporting employment for people with disabilities.

Featuring dishes made with plenty of Yamanashi Prefecture ingredients, seasonal fruit smoothies, wine, and more, COLERE is said to offer a diverse space and new value that anyone can enjoy, regardless of age, nationality, background, or physical and mental disabilities.

The menu features wines by the glass such as Muscat Bailey A and a Koshu made with an original blend of five different Koshu wines.

You can enjoy unique Yamanashi flavors that can only be tasted here.

Why not stop by when you are near the museum?
