About the Maker’s Dinner
The maker’s dinner at modern French restaurant Jean-Georges Tokyo is a collaboration with Takeda Winery.
For one night only, guests will be able to enjoy the diverse lineup of this winery, known as a pioneer of Japanese wine, together with the innovative and elegant French cuisine for which Jean-Georges is known.
About the Program
On the night, five carefully selected wines, including “Zao Star” and “Rouge Barrel Aged,” will be served with a special course designed to match their individual flavors.
Takeda Winery Executive Managing Director Kazuhiro Kishidaira will also attend. From his position passionately supporting the winemaking of his wife, winery president Noriko Kishidaira, he will discuss their approach to winemaking and the appeal of Japanese wine.
