Program Details
"Brewing Academy ~Summer Vacation Independent Research~" is broadly divided into three steps.
1. Prepare and learn about "winemaking" with a sommelier
2. Discover the "winemaking" process at a winery
3. Compile discoveries and learning from the experience onto the "Waiwai Worksheet"
In the second step of discovering the winemaking process at a winery, participants will actually tour a winery, from the vineyards to barrel aging and bottling.
Participants can also experience "sampling," where wine is extracted from wine barrels using a dedicated pipette and its components are analyzed.
