About "Nippon Gourmet Journey: Hiroshima & Setouchi"
"Nippon Gourmet Journey: Hiroshima & Setouchi" is a fair where you can indulge in the gourmet cuisine of Setouchi without leaving Yokohama.
A buffet-style lineup generously featuring carefully selected seafood will be offered, including oysters from Hiroshima Prefecture caught in the Seto Inland Sea, "Mihara Yassa Octopus" known for its rich umami, and "Hiroshima Salmon" raised in the clear streams of Hatsukaichi.
In addition, roast beef made with high-quality Okayama "Bizen Beef" (lunch) and Kagawa "Olive Beef" (dinner), both nurtured in a mild climate, offers an exceptional taste.
For dessert, planned offerings include a jelly made from "Hiroshima Cola" containing hassaku citrus juice, as well as a special menu item: a fresh Mont Blanc generously topped with piped cream made with Setouchi lemons.
