"GRAPEREPUBLICINC. VINERIA SALONE" is the first restaurant from Grape Republic, which operates a winery in Nanyo City, Yamagata Prefecture.
In the "vineria" style that serves cuisine paired with wine, it reportedly also features an attached wine shop stocked primarily with its own wines released each month.
