Goto Winery carries out every stage of production in the Goto Islands, from grape cultivation through winemaking.
Its wines made from grapes grown in the area’s volcanic-ash soils have attracted considerable attention among Japanese wine fans.
Grapes raised in Goto’s natural environment, climate, well-drained volcanic soils and mineral-rich vineyards exposed to sea breezes are juicy and highly aromatic.
Wines made with the world-first “Goto Tsubaki Yeast” are distinctive expressions that make the most of the islands’ character.
