Hotel Nikko Niigata served as the main venue for the G7 Niigata Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors Meeting held in Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture, from Thursday, May 11, to Saturday, May 13, 2023.
As the main venue, Hotel Nikko Niigata provided all meals throughout the meeting period, including working lunches, working dinners, and a dinner hosted by the Japanese government, highlighting ingredients from Niigata Prefecture for the finance ministers, central bank governors, and representatives of international organizations.
The newly introduced "G7 Niigata Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors Meeting Commemorative Menu" was created out of a desire to allow local residents to widely experience the dishes served to the ministers and governors at the meeting, offering course meals, à la carte dishes, and beverages adapted from the menus actually served.
The dishes will be served in the banquet halls of Hotel Nikko Niigata for corporate social gatherings and anniversary parties.
