This burger marks the 10th edition in the series.
Crafted to make you crave a wine pairing
Between the hotel's original brioche buns kneaded with plenty of butter and cherry blossoms, it sandwiches a 100% "Koshu Wine Beef" patty, thick-cut "Koshu Fujizakura Pork" bacon, grilled seasonal asparagus, and classic lettuce, tomato, and cheddar cheese.
Finally, generously scattered with freeze-dried cherry blossoms and edible flowers, it is finished as an ultra-premium burger.
In addition, french fries and original pickles marinated in Koshu wine vinegar are served on the side.
