About the "Tamba Wine Winery Dinner"
The upcoming Christmas event is being held as part of the "Tamba Wine Winery Dinner" series.
Based on the concept of "Quest for Unknown Japan," the Fairfield by Marriott Michi-no-Eki Project aims to provide regional experiences and uncover the hidden charms across the country, and the "Tamba Wine Winery Dinner," which allows guests to experience the appeal of Kyotamba Town in Kyoto Prefecture, has been well received every time since its launch in 2022.
The course title for this edition is "Christmas Special Dinner to Enjoy the Marriage of the Ultimate Local Consumption Course and Back Vintage Wines."

About the Christmas Dinner Event
In the "Christmas Special Dinner to Enjoy the Marriage of the Ultimate Local Consumption Course and Back Vintage Wines," guests can enjoy an ultimate locally sourced main course featuring branded crossbreed duck "Kyogamo®" produced by Yamashiro Farm, followed by dessert, coffee, and four kinds of not-for-sale back vintage wines.
For the pairing wines, Tamba Wine's winemakers have carefully selected options from their long-aged, not-for-sale back vintage wines.
Which vintage years will be served will remain a secret known only to the participants on the day of the event.
