From Sunday, June 1 through Sunday, August 31, 2025, Teppanyaki Ikka Ichiyo on the top floor of Courtyard by Marriott Shin-Osaka Station will offer “Discover Kagawa,” the 24th edition of its “Around Japan” series.
Wine from Kagawa Prefecture will also be served.

About “Discover Kagawa”
“Discover Kagawa” is the 24th edition of “Around Japan,” a seasonal series introducing delicious ingredients and regional cuisine from around Japan.
This edition spotlights Kagawa Prefecture, one of the venues for the Setouchi Triennale 2025. The chef selected ingredients that captivated him during a visit to Kagawa, using the prefecture's famous olives as a key theme and expressing the region without using udon at all.
The project is designed to reveal at Teppanyaki Ikka Ichiyo the deeper appeal of Kagawa beyond its famous identity as “Udon Prefecture.”
A Full Beverage Lineup
Kagawa enjoys the mild Setouchi climate.
Alongside gently flavored sake produced from quality water and rice, the prefecture has recently seen the emergence of distinctive drinks making use of local olives.
“Discover Kagawa” will serve Kagawa wine, craft beer and sake.
The Kagawa wines are:
・White: Sanuki Winery “Sanuki Wine Nouveau White”
・Red: Sanuki Winery “Sauvageonne Savoureuse 2024”
