About the Crowdfunding Campaign
Crrit Inc. is a startup enterprise aiming to create new food experiences by focusing on unused resources often overlooked at wineries and bringing out the rich flavor and nutritional value inherent in the ingredients.
It is a fresh enterprise founded just recently in December 2023.
Grape tendrils (Crrit) are "delicious and edible" ingredients rich in grape-derived acidity and saltiness, and each wine grape variety—such as Koshu or Muscat Bailey A—is said to impart a distinct flavor to its tendrils as well.
The newly launched crowdfunding campaign aims to deliver the food products developed by the company.
