The first lineup includes a dry sparkling Kerner that is fresh, aromatic, gorgeous, and invigorating, a 100% Kerner white wine, and a dry rosé sparkling wine where you can enjoy great harmony.

About the 2020 Vintage
According to Camel Farm Winery, Yoichi had low rainfall from April to October in 2020, which provided ideal conditions for growing grapes.
Because the temperatures before flowering were higher than usual, fruit set progressed smoothly, resulting in a bountiful harvest year of sound, high-quality grapes.
In addition to these superb conditions, the winery determined the harvest period and further diversified the harvest timing through thorough vineyard management as well as daily observation and analysis.
They report that they were able to harvest grapes in the best condition for both sparkling and still wines.

Using sound grapes with high ripeness and conducting skin contact prior to fermentation, it expresses structure and aromatic complexity.
With a beautifully shining, pale yellow color tinged with green, this bottle boasts fresh aromas of green apple and citrus alongside rich, gorgeous notes reminiscent of white peach.
It is exceptionally aromatic, offering freshness reminiscent of mint and elderflower along with spices like white pepper.
Furthermore, it is said to be a dry white wine with a plump mouthfeel and concentrated fruit flavors, accompanied by pleasant acidity and minerality, and a long finish sustained by a grapefruit-like pleasant bitterness and umami.

〈Unita Brut Rosé 2020〉 is a rosé sparkling wine said to express the joy and excitement of making wine as well as energetic nuances in life.
Blending Zweigelt and Bacchus, it was crafted with an eye toward the harmony of each grape's unique character.
It features aromas of rose, cherry, and small red fruits such as raspberry.
The entry reveals fruit sweetness, followed by a fresh palate reminiscent of strawberry, red berries, and white peach, with an exquisite balance and pleasant bitterness lingering in the finish.

Furthermore, they are also scheduled to release the 2020 vintage of 〈Pinot Noir Private Reserve 2019〉, which won a gold medal at an international wine competition.
