On March 20, 2025, it will host a maker’s dinner with winemaker Michiko Sugou of BookRoad, an urban winery attracting attention.
The evening will include discussion of the background and philosophy behind her winemaking.
Program details
On the day, the meal will be served as a course, with dishes created to pair with each BookRoad wine being poured.
The eight-course menu is designed to let guests fully experience the appeal of the wines.
