On Friday, August 18, a collaboration wine gathering to savor Hokkaido wine will be held at "Azabu-Juban Aile Blanche."
The guest will be Sayuri Arai from Dosan Wine Oendan winecafé veraison.

Spotlight on Hokkaido Wine (Dosan Wine)
Among the Japanese wines that have gained popularity in recent years, Hokkaido wine (Dosan wine) has shown particularly remarkable improvements in quality.
It is currently experiencing unprecedented excitement.
"Azabu-Juban Aile Blanche" has planned an event to help people learn more about such Hokkaido wines.
Welcoming Sayuri Arai, who formed Dosan Wine Oendan in 2008 and has been actively promoting it, the event plans to serve small-production Dosan wines that are rarely encountered, selected by Ms. Arai.

▪ Appetizer paired with Koshu
▪ Appetizer paired with Japanese Chardonnay
▪ Specialty: "Magic Foie Gras"

▪ Aile Blanche exclusive assiette dessert
▪ Truffle chocolate, boule de neige
The wines will be Dosan wines selected by Ms. Arai, amounting to about one bottle per person.
The participation fee is 28,000 yen (tax included) per person, limited to 13 guests.
