"Auberge French no Mori" is a resort restaurant and stay nestled in the quiet landscape of Awaji Island.
The restaurant began serving nouveau wines on Friday, November 1.
In addition to Beaujolais Nouveau made from fresh grapes harvested in France's Beaujolais region, nouveau wines from Italy and Japan will also be served.

Pairing Nouveau Wines with Awaji Island Cuisine
At "La Rose" in Auberge French no Mori, service of nouveau wines—eagerly awaited by wine lovers worldwide—has begun.
You can enjoy them together with the flavorful ingredients of Awaji Island.
This time, a total of six wines are offered: two natural Beaujolais Nouveaus from France, one Italian Novello, and three Japanese wine Nouveaus.
For Beaujolais Nouveau, the natural wines "Château Cambon Beaujolais Nouveau 2024" and "Rémi Dufaitre Beaujolais-Villages Nouveau 2024" will be available.
About the Japanese wine Nouveaus
The restaurant also offers Japanese wine Nouveaus.
Born from viticultural techniques adapted to Japan's climate and terroir paired with delicate winemaking techniques, these new wines unique to Japan offer a sophisticated flavor that differs from those of France and Italy.
This time, three nouveau wines from Toriihira, Koshu City, Yamanashi Prefecture, are being offered.
