"2020 Asagarano Minori," an original wine jointly developed by Ota Shuzo Co., Ltd. Ritto Winery and 7 hotels, will go on sale from Monday, November 1, 2021.
This original wine is a limited release of 1,000 bottles in total: 600 bottles of red wine and 400 bottles of white wine.

The 13th Project
The original wine project jointly developed by Ota Shuzo Co., Ltd. Ritto Winery and 7 hotels started in 2008 with the aim of promoting the charm of Shiga Prefecture through community engagement, marking its 13th edition this year.
Dedicated to creating soil suitable for grape cultivation, Ritto Winery has sent numerous wines out into the world. Sommeliers from each hotel gathered to blend wine made from grapes grown in the winery's own vineyards repeatedly, creating an original wine tailored to the preferences of visiting guests and their cuisine.

About "2020 Asagarano Minori"
Let's take a closer look at the details of "2020 Asagarano Minori."
Red Wine: "2020 Asagarano Minori Rouge"
A blend of 80% barrel-aged base wine made from 2020 vintage Yama Sauvignon and 20% barrel-aged Muscat Bailey A.
White Wine: "2020 Asagarano Minori Blanc"
The white wine is a blend of 30% Sémillon (young vines) from the 2020 vintage, 30% Sémillon (old vines), 20% Red Millenium, and 20% Chardonnay.
Both the red and white wines are made using 100% grapes harvested from their own vineyards in Shiga Prefecture.
